The Southview Apartment building consists of 31 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units that became operational in September 2003. Originally built by the Southview Housing Society (historically part of DCSCL before dissolution) and the Northern Health Authority, it is now owned and operated by Dawson Creek Society for Community Living, in partnership with BC Housing. Located by Rotary Manor and Northview Assisted Living, on the North end of the city, this secure apartment building is mandated for independent senior citizens aged 55 and older or persons with disabilities.

Rotary Village

Rotary Village Apartments, originally built by the Rotary Club of Dawson Creek, consist of 30 one-bedroom and bachelor suite apartments mandated for senior citizens and persons with disabilities.  The apartments are located near the DC Library, in the south-central area of the city. Having been given the apartment complex by the Rotary Club in 2011, Dawson Creek Society for Community Living continues to operate these units in partnership with BC Housing.

Northview Assisted Living

1125 - 90th Avenue

Type: 1 Bedroom


Opened: 2009

The Northview Apartments consist of 26 one-bedroom apartments mandated for Assisted Living only. Originally built by the Northern Health Authority and BC Housing, and operated in partnership with Dawson Creek Society for Community Living, the complex became operational in April 2009 and remains a highly sought-after option for seniors.
