Do you believe learning is a lifelong adventure; that every person has valuable gifts to share; that happiness and fulfilment does not come in regimented conformity? Are you creative, intuitive, and caring?

A Home Share arrangement gives people in the community an opportunity to enrich their lives by welcoming someone with a disability into their home and family. It also gives a person with a disability the opportunity to live in a setting of their choice with the support that they need. We work closely with family members to ensure that each person receives appropriate support inclusive of their health, safety, and community involvement.

Becoming a Home Share Provider, means supporting people to maximize their potential, realize their dreams, and help them live a quality life that is inclusive of their family, friends, and community.

Home Sharing provides an ideal balance of support and independence for individuals. Its focus is person-centered, allowing individuals the opportunity to choose a home share environment that meets their unique preferences and goals while also allowing both parties the chance to really connect prior to committing to one-another. Support is flexible and evolves with the changing needs of an individual. For some individuals, home sharing offers lifelong companionship while for others, it is a stepping-stone to greater independence.
