Confidential Shredding was established as an alternative source of employment for CLBC eligible individuals seeking a meaningful way to earn an income and increase employability skills while providing a valuable service to the community.

Everyone that is referred to the Supported Work program undergoes a thorough discovery process which assess strengths, barriers, employment readiness, goals, previous employment experience(s), etc. From there, a Person-Centered Employment Plan is established and the Job Coaches work directly with the interested candidate to successfully meet their employment goals. Some individuals choose to make Confidential Shredding & Recycling their main source of income while others use their experience in the program to further their skills and move on to other endeavors within the community.

The Confidential Shredding Service is provided locally at competitive rates.
We offer convenient
same-day or scheduled pickups.
Free pick-up within 15 kilometers of Dawson Creek. We do our best to share the cost of mileage between businesses/people for out-of-town pick-ups.
Locking bins are provided to scheduled pickup customers free of charge.
Guaranteed confidential! A Certificate of Destruction is available upon request.
All shredded material is recycled including clips, binders, etc.
